Sport NI selects Maitre'D for Tollymore National Outdoor Centre

Hospitality I.T. were delighted to be the chosen EPoS supplier for the Tollymore National Outdoor Centre, Northern Ireland's National Centre for Mountaineering and Canoeing.  This highly impressive state of the art facility which is funded and managed by Sport NI has recently been redesigned and rebuilt, and is located in Tollymore Forest on the edge of the Mourne Mountains.  The centre offers a wide range of outdoor activities and courses and has extensive team-building, conference and dining options for both residential and non-residential visitors.

The Maitre'D point of sale system which has been installed in the Centre was configured to cater not only for the food and beverage sales items, but also handles the wide range of courses, package selectors, activities (eg the Climbing Wall) and extras that are available to purchase at the site.  These activities and course options are sold through the till and then, via the Maitre'D Back Office software, are tracked and trends identified.  Discounts for members, school groups etc are also able to be tracked and reported on through the software.
