Germaine's, in the heart of Baltinglass, Co Wicklow, have chosen Maitre'D EPoS to replace their previous system in this popular and busy bar & restaurant business. Their requirement was for a system capable of coping with high volume sales throughout the day, wit h a strong emphasis placed on stock control. Maitre'D was selected because of its core stability, ease of use, reliability and the functionality that it provides. Hospitality IT installed 4 fixed touchscreen tills along with 3 Handheld Order Takers all running Maitre'D EPoS. The kitchen benefited from 3 Kitchen Video Monitors to aid in the flow of orders. Germaine's additionally uses the Maitre'D Customer Accounts and Stock Control to help manage their busy outlet.

This well established local bar in Co Fermanagh was bought over last year by Mark Drumm, who has invested in the business with a full refurbishment over recent months. Part of this included a new till system which could give him valuable reporting and sales information, with the ability to easily offer promotions and incentives.
Mark commented that he chose the system from Hospitality I.T. because they took time to understand his business needs and he was confident in their ability to supply a quality product that would be able to grow with his business. Future plans for Magee's include the addition of a kitchen so they can begin serving food on the premises.
